The Cyber Monday deals looked appealing, so I went ahead with the order, even though I wasn't too familiar with the company. After I made the purchase, I stumbled upon some pretty terrible reviews from frustrated sellers who claimed they never got paid for their phones and that contacting the company was a nightmare. This really had me on edge, but my phone showed up in just 4 days, even with the holiday craziness. I was also a bit anxious about whether I’d get an 'unlocked' device, but thankfully, I did, and I'm quite pleased with my buy so far. My only concern now is whether I can get in touch with the company if I need to use my warranty, as that 12-month warranty was a major factor in my decision.

The payouts range from five cents to six bucks. Around 15% of my items got turned down. Not sure how they figure out the pricing or what they accept, but I was thrilled to clear out my shelves while downsizing. Plus, shipping is on the house: they send you a label for the shipping method you choose (I went with UPS). I sent them about 20 boxes of discs and got quick credit to my bank account. I definitely recommend giving this service a shot.
